Important Update on Activity Participation and Sponsorships

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Home Staff,

We are grateful for the continued support and involvement of our families and care teams. Your partnership plays an important role in helping us create meaningful and enriching experiences for the individuals we serve.

To provide greater clarity and consistency, we would like to share an update to our approach for activity participation and related costs.

Facility-Based Activities

· All activities that take place within our facility will continue to be fully supported by our program. This includes materials, supplies, and any external facilitators needed to provide a quality experience.

· At times, certain higher-cost activities may require us to limit the number of participants in order to remain within our program budget. When this occurs, we will communicate participation details as early as possible, so everyone has the opportunity to plan.

Community-Based Activities

For outings and activities that take place in the community, associated costs will be the responsibility of the participating individual or their family. We are committed to providing advance notice of all planned events, including estimated costs, to support thoughtful planning and participation.

Sponsorship Opportunities We truly appreciate the generosity and engagement of our families.

For those who are interested, there continue to be opportunities to sponsor activities or contribute toward program enhancements. Your ongoing support allows us to offer a more robust schedule of activities, and we are forever grateful for that. Sponsorships may include financial support for specific events or general contributions that help expand the variety and quality of experiences we are able to offer.

We also welcome sponsorship in the form of supplies or materials that can be used during facility-based activities. Participation in sponsorship opportunities is always voluntary and greatly valued.

Please note that upcoming newsletters will continue to include details about scheduled activities, participation expectations, and any applicable costs or supply needs.
